Will they give you an honest expectation?

Why don't agencies just publish their prices?

Scope varies too much to quote a single number honestly — a one-channel Starter and a full omnichannel build aren't the same product. We publish tiered ranges instead, which is why this guide exists.

Is the cheapest quote ever the right choice?

Rarely. The cheapest quotes are usually missing strategy, reporting or a defined scope — the cost shows up later as wasted ad spend or a rebuild six months in.

Why is there such a big gap between RM2,900 and RM30,000?

Channel count, campaign volume, automation and exclusivity all scale the price. A single-channel Starter and a fully automated, industry-exclusive Exclusive plan are genuinely different products, not the same thing marked up.

Does a higher price guarantee better results?

No — but a suspiciously low price for a full-scope promise is a stronger warning sign than a high one. Match the price to the scope, and ask the four questions above.
